Yassaman Emami
Children`s Book Author & Illustrator
Yassaman Emami is a children`s book author and illustrator born in 1991 in Isfahan, Iran, and currently based in London, UK. She holds a BA in Graphic Design from Isfahan Art University and an MA in Illustration from University of Tehran. She is currently pursuing an MA in Children's Literature: Children's Book Illustration at Goldsmiths, University of London.
Her practice incorporates a variety of techniques, allowing her to explore diverse visual narratives through picture books while maintaining a distinctive and consistent style. Since 2020, she has taught drawing and illustration in both Iran and the UK.
